By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including vendors, administrators, and end-users.
We provide technology and software services that may include WhatsApp messaging, automation, chatbots, CRM, analytics, broadcasting, and related features. Our platform may integrate with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to help businesses communicate with their customers. Availability of features depends on the applicable Meta services, account status, and plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
You agree to comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies and requirements when using WhatsApp-related features, including applicable Business, Commerce, and Messaging policies. You are responsible for obtaining any required customer consent or opt-in, using approved message templates where required, providing appropriate opt-out mechanisms, and ensuring that your messages and business activities comply with applicable laws and Meta policies. Meta may review, restrict, suspend, or terminate WhatsApp accounts or messaging capabilities independently of us.
You agree not to: send unsolicited messages (spam), harass or abuse contacts, send illegal or harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, use the service for fraudulent activities, or exceed your plan's messaging limits without upgrading.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change our pricing or plans by providing reasonable advance notice. If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict paid features until payment is received. WhatsApp and Meta-related charges may apply separately and may be based on Meta's current pricing and applicable usage. Such charges may change when Meta changes its pricing or billing rules.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where you use our Service to process information about your customers, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents required by applicable law and Meta/WhatsApp policies. We process such information to provide the Service and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, internet or hosting issues, Meta/WhatsApp services, third-party services, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any uptime commitment or service-level agreement applies only if expressly included in your applicable plan or agreement
The Service, including all code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by the company. You retain ownership of your data and content. White-label licenses grant limited branding rights as specified in your plan agreement.
You may stop using or terminate your account according to the applicable plan or account terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, applicable law, or Meta/WhatsApp policies, or if continued use creates a security, legal, or operational risk. Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before suspension or termination. Immediate suspension or termination may occur where necessary to protect the Service, users, customers, or third parties. After termination, we may retain or delete account and customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, and legal requirements
